    Dans le cadre d'un accroissement d'activité, nous recherchons un Tech Lead Python avec une expérience en architecture technique software, pour intégrer notre équipe de 20 personnes. Vous interviendrez sur un projet d'ampleur internationale et serez le référent dans l'encadrement technique de la squad, vous interviendrez également sur les besoins fonctionnels. Missions :? Définition de spécifications techniques précises;? Applications des pratiques de développement;? Enclenché du test-driven développement; Le projet lancé a pour objectif de développer sur une plateforme tous les besoins d?automatisation, exploitant 34 technologies.Il s'agit d'une plateforme d'automatisation réseaux.Profil candidat:? Compétences Techniques : ? Excellentes compétences en Python (programmation asynchrone, décorateur, design pattern...);? Très bonne compréhension des frameworks backend en python : Fastapi & Django -- (Pydantic, SQL Alchemy, Starlette) ;? Très bonne compréhension de GraphQL, REST API, OpenAPI ;? Très bonne compréhension d'un orchestrateur Python (prefect, air flow ...) ;? Très bonne compréhension de l'architecture micro-services dans Kubernetes ;? Très bonne compréhension de SOLID, DRY, KISS & YAGNI ;? Très bonne compétences GIT ; ? Compétences Relationnelles :? Capacités de leadership technique pour encadrer des développeurs juniors/confirmés ;? Être orienté vers l'utilisateur et la valeurs produites ;? Capacité à définir des spécifications techniques basées sur les besoins des utilisateurs ;? Capacité à documenter les besoins ;? Workflow, diagramme de classe, modèle conceptuel de données ;? Bonne capacité d'organisation, d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes ;? Bon niveau d?anglais (B2 minimum).
