**Hermès Parfum et Beauté **recherche,

en contrat d'**alternance** un(e)

**Assistant Contrôleur de Gestion (International) H/F**

**A partir de SEPTEMBRE Basé à Paris 8ème**

**_Au sein de la Direction Financière d'Hermès Parfum et Beauté, vous serez rattaché(e) à l'équipe du Contrôle de Gestion International, en lien avec les_**
**_équipes en Marchés et les Directions Centrales._**

**_Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :_**

**_SUIVRE L'ACTIVITE QUOTIDIENNE_**:

- Analyse du chiffre d'affaires facturé et de l'encours par marché et par ligne de produit à destination de l'ensemble de la société._

**_REALISER LES REPORTINGS MENSUELS : _**
**_Optimisation, automatisation, graphiques,_**_ _**_commentaires, tableaux de bord & analyses_**:

- Chiffre d'affaires à destination des membres du comité de direction ;_
- P&L des marchés ;_
- Suivi des frais de transports ;_
- Suivi des directions Commerciale, Merchandising, développement Opérationnel, Formation et E-commerce._
- Remontée dans les outils financiers Groupe._

**_PREPARATION ET REALISATION DES CLÔTURES MENSUELLES_**:

- Cadrage du chiffre d'affaires ;_
- Cadrage du P&L ;_
- Gestion et suivi des provisions ;_
- Suivi de la tendance des marchés._

**_PARTICIPER AUX PHASES BUDGETAIRES ET AUX REESTIMES :_**:

- Mise à jour des packages budgétaires des marchés (Chiffre d'affaires, dépenses, P&L) ;_
- Consolidation des packages budgétaires ;_
- Suivi des retours des marchés ;_
- Analyses des écarts._

**_VALIDER LES COMMANDES ET FACTURES DANS LES OUTILS DE SUIVI MEO ET VIM_**

**_REALISER DES ETUDES AD HOC_**:

- Vous serez garant de l'information financière et vous assurerez un rôle de business partner en relation permanente avec l'ensemble de l'organisation._

**Votre profil**
- _Une première expérience réussie de 6 mois sur une fonction similaire et dans un environnement international serait fortement appréciée ;_
- _Etudiant(e) de Master en Ecole de Commerce, IAE, Université ou équivalent, spécialisé(e) en Finance ;_
- _Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur et votre initiative ;_
- _Vous souhaitez vous investir dans une expérience formatrice et responsabilisante. Curieux, réactif et flexible, vous disposez d'une réelle aisance opérationnelle ;_
- _Vous disposez d'une très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Powerpoint) mais avez surtout une appétence pour les systèmes._

Currently, approximately 100 employees work abroad, in: Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, London, Italy, Madrid, Miami, Toronto, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai.
