Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:

Leading your store together with the Store Manager in order to reach goals and maximize profit
Provide amazing customer service, sales and store standards
Support the Store Management team in leading and inspiring the store team in their daily work
You develop the store team by being a role model and inspire them to reach and exceed goals
You evaluate and follow up on KPI's and implement commercial actions together with the Store Manager
