New ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is not just an upgrade of our current SAP solution to the last and most modern version SAP S/4 HANA.

This is a profound transformation program aiming at revisiting our processes, methods and tools to build together our future and sustainable backbone that will allow working smarter, quicker for our people, customers, suppliers and our businesses.

Mission:

Reporting to the Head of ERP Program, you will have to lead the delivery of the integrated solution according to the overall roadmap.


Job Description:


Program delivery method & organization:
In coordination with IM teams, system integrators and program quality and methodology:
Ensures the program methodology covers all aspects of the delivery of a complete ERP solution and its connection to the existing IT landscape,


Ensures that the tools and KPI to be put in place and operationally managed by PMO provide the necessary control on program delivery.


Program development & deployment strategy:
In coordination with IM teams, system integrators, ERP program's PMO and other Airbus entities:
Manages the program's development & deployment strategy and its associated roadmap including the overall IT landscape transformation connected to the New ERP deployment,

Aligns on strategic decisions and adapts the roadmap accordingly,

Maintains roadmap referential (dependencies, decision rationales, validation criterias & threshold per phase?) up-to-date,

Communicates and ensures alignment across functions and sites.


Program delivery planning:
In coordination with IM teams, system integrators, Program PMO and other Airbus entities:
Manages the overall program integrated planning (covering SAP S/4 HANA and any connected system supporting the business requirements),

Defines synchronization milestones for the integrated planning and associated expectations towards all contributing teams (system integrator, AH IM SAP PSL, any other AH PSL, Airbus Group IM?),

Ensures the complete integrated planning is realistic & reliable,

Ensures all the contributing organizations have the right level of information to plan their budget and resources according to the planning and the expected level of maturity on activities,

Maintains a continuous coordination with all the contributing organizations and anticipates any difficulties,

Identifies risks and leads contingency plans,

Escalates as necessary and proposes planning adjustments to the Head of ERP Program & ERP steering committee when necessary.


Program Delivery execution:
In coordination with ERP design authority, IM teams, system integrators and PMO:
Ensures the solution delivered fits the business requirements,

Ensures the requirements are met to pass the quality gates and leads the Go/Nogo reviews at critical milestones,

Monitors the progress of the delivery of the global solution and takes necessary actions,

Analyzes scope evolution and major change requests in terms of impact on the planning and provides recommendations to design authority,

Ensures maximal fit to standard during solution building, according to the design authority guidelines,

Decides on the detailed schedule of solution building activities,


Escalates as necessary to the Head of ERP Program, Head of IM delivery, the cross-functional steering committee or any domain steering committee about conflicts on program delivery execution.

Experience & Skills

Professional practice of English,

Leadership,

Ability to listen, understand, analyze and decide and / or perform recommendations,

Rigor on facts, plans and figures,

Team player and stakeholders management (Program, Projects, Business Leaders, IM leaders, System Integrator?.),

Experience in project management (Advanced Level),

Strong experience in SAP based transformation program,

Agile method knowledge.
