Your mission
Within the Operations team, the Expansion team is in charge of launching and accelerating Brigad in the cities of France and the UK.
As an Expansion Customer Success, you will introduce Brigad to Hospitality and Healthcare self-employed professionals, support them in their initial usage of the app and missions, and set operations practices to make expansion a success.
Your responsibilities
In order to launch and accelerate new markets (industry x city) in given timelines alongside with the sales team, you will:
Prepare and monitor Expansion for new markets
- Analyze the markets to help in developing and optimizing expansion strategies.
- Be creative to spread the word of Brigad in new cities leaving no stone unturned.
- Take part in the elaboration of the expansion playbook : test, learn and iterate.
Onboard Talents and make them Brigad's 1st ambassadors
- Identify the best profiles that align with the requirements of the market and onboard them on the phone.
- Accelerate users' adoption through care calls, customer support, and build a trustworthy relationship.
- Be Brigad's ambassador during expansion events in the new cities.
- You already have a first experience in sales, operations or customer service
- You are used to communicate by phone
- You are full of energy and are not afraid of challenges
- You are autonomous, wellorganised and proactive
- Team spirit is important to you
- You are bilingual in English for expansion in the UK; you are fluent for expansion in France
