En lien direct avec la Coordinatrice de Communication interne, vous aurez pour mission de participer à la mise en œuvre des actions de communication interne et contribuer à développer l'engagement des équipes.

**Votre mission**
- Participer à l'alimentation du flux des canaux éditoriaux (Newsletter, écrans, LinkedIn), proposition de contenus, création de visuels, en coordination avec la coordinatrice de communication
- Être force de proposition dans l'utilisation de nouveaux outils digitaux ou de communication interne,
- Contribuer à la création de vidéos depuis le développement initial du script, le montage, jusqu'à la production, la publication et la promotion.
- Participer au suivi des indicateurs de performances.
- Participer à la préparation d'événements internes en France.
- Participer au déploiement de notre marque employeur

**Qui êtes-vous?**
Vous intégrez un Master en Communication, vous recherchez une alternance de 1 ou 2 ans avec une première expérience en communication dans une entreprise. A l'aise à l'oral comme à l'écrit, vous disposez d'une connaissance et d'une appétence rédactionnelle.

**Compétences requises pour mener à bien votre mission**:

- Vous savez trouver une solution par vous-même et êtes force de proposition
- Vous savez manier les nouvelles technologies de l'information (Office 365, communication digitale, réseaux sociaux)
- **La suite Adobe (Photoshop, In Design, Première Pro)** n'a plus de secret pour vous
- Vous êtes **expert en montage vidéo**:

- Vous êtes doté(e) de capacités de communication, vous savez travailler en équipe avec différents interlocuteurs internes afin de faciliter l'élaboration et la transmission de l'information.
- Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), agile, enthousiaste, proactif(ve) et curieux(se), vous connaissez les nouvelles tendances de communication
