About the job

As a Pre-Project Coordinator at Allego, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the transition from commercial agreement to project initiation.

Collaborating with the Realization Team in Paris, you will focus on expediting the study phase, ensuring efficient coordination with partners, and facilitating the smooth transition to the construction phase.

Responsibilities:

Power Grid Connection: Prepare power grid connection files for ENEDIS and other network operators.

Study Phase Accountability: Oversee the Study phase, tracking KPIs such as Instruction lead time, Technical feasibility, Budget, and Proposed schedule for completion.

Document Preparation: Coordinate the production of graphic documents and Cerfa-type documents for town planning authorizations.

Partner Management: Organize and manage partners (Design Office, Administrative Support) for on-site feasibility visits, technical surveys, and deliverable follow-up.

DT/DICT Reports: Prepare joint DT/DICT reports and forward them to Allego project managers.

Network Coordination: Coordinate relations with regional/national contacts of electricity distribution network managers (ENEDIS and local power distribution companies).

Phase Transition: Organize the smooth transfer of projects from the "Pre-Project" phase to the "Construction" phase with Allego project managers.

This is you

Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with a background in business management and project followup.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of technical contacts.
Agile and highly flexible, comfortable in a startup environment with a rapidly expanding team.
High autonomy and versatility, working with rigor, organization, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Proficient in reporting/project tracking tools, particularly Excel.
Good command of written and spoken English.
