Au sein du Service Après-Vente et rattaché(e) au Responsable Planning SAV, vous assurez la planification des rendez-vous SAV et êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des Techniciens SAV.

Vos missions:

Assurer la planification nationale des interventions qualifiées et enregistrées par le Service Clients,
Optimiser les agendas des Techniciens et la cohérence des tournées,
Annuler, modifier et reprogrammer les rendezvous,
Gérer les dossiers sensibles et les urgences,

- Être en relation avec les Techniciens SAV et les Responsables d'équipe,

Contribuer au bon fonctionnement de l'équipe en assurant un soutien aux Gestionnaires des autres secteurs.

Doté(e) d'une expérience de la relation clients, vous avez une aisance relationnelle et des qualités d'écoute.

Organisé(e), vous avez un sens de la satisfaction clients avéré et êtes force de proposition.

Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques est requise pour ce poste et la connaissance de SAP sera un atout.

Contrat :
CDD de 6 mois
