Job Description Summary:

Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are looking to develop your career in a growing biotech company? If you have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, then this role may be for you

Duties and Responsibilities

Working with the Sales, Technical Support, and Corporate Operations Teams to ensure orders are entered, shipped, and confirmed in a timely manner
Submit and process customer and internal orders in the enterprise resource planning system
Manage communications to customers and to internal departments as needed
Participate and provide recommendations in continuous improvement discussions
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience in Order Processing or Customer Service is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Business level English and French
