About the Role
At TechnipFMC Subsea France, we work on SAP in project mode. We are looking for a Accounting supervisor to join our team based in Paris.

Within the Finance Department, reporting to the Accounting Director, your main missions will be as follows:

General, auxiliary, and analytical accounting, day-to-day operations
Payroll
Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts,
Monthly and quarterly financial reporting

Preparation of the statutory financial statements

Tax Calculation in Corp tax, IDA IDP
Monthly and annual tax and social declarations (VAT, taxes, IS, C3S, CVAE, CFE, URSSAF, etc.)
Preparation of tax packages (ETAFI) and drafting of annexes to the accounts
Be the interlocutor of the auditors during annual audits and any other external controls (tax, tax inspectors, URSAFF, etc.)
Cash flow forecasts
Implement and maintain the Group's SOX internal control procedures by ensuring their compliance
Ensure compliance with Group's policy
Head of Group, Tax Integration of 9 entities.

You are meant for this job if you have:

Master's degree in finance / accounting, you justify a minimum of 5 years of experience you have an appetite for IT tools, have had the opportunity to work on the SAP tool or other ERP, have an intermediate level of Excel (TCD, RV, HR), are rigorous, organized, responsive, proactive, autonomous and appreciate teamwork.

A reporting tool and IFRS/US GAAP is a plus,
Mastery of office automation tools required,
You have a sense of service and teamwork in a dynamic environment

Proactive, you like to lead a work dynamic and know how to be a force of proposal to change things

Experience in an international environment would be highly appreciated.
