    As part of the creation of the international training team, we are recruiting a Retail Training Manager to support the deployment of the Training Retail strategy, one of the pillars of the Lagardère TR strategy.

    You play a strategic role in elevating the customer experience, growing our retail teams by developing their relationship, sales and product expertise.

    Role :

    • Attached to the Global Training Director, you are integrated into all training projects ensuring the development and performance of all Retail teams, with an important focus on digital learning.
    • You define with your manager the communication and engagement strategy of the digital learning tool as well as the presential training modules (Blended learning).
    • By actively coordinating and participating in the creation of product training content, you actively collaborate with internal teams to gather the material needed to create product training. You are a proposal force on formats and actively participate in the writing of content (product descriptions, storytelling, customer benefits, etc.). Also, you manage the entire deployment process and analysis of training programs. Position of both designer and international facilitator (occasional if necessary).

    Missions :

    Definition of the Retail Training Strategy:

    • Digital Learning and face-to-face training: definition of strategy, objectives, annual training programs. You ensure an high quality of content and efficiency (business and image).
    • Design of modern and creative courses, in line with our values and international retail trends.

    Creation of the new retail training paths by population:

    • Develop training modules (mixed formats combining digital and face-to-face) and collaborate very closely with stakeholders, following the new learning path architecture, including the integration and development path. Some modules will need to be created and others will need to be updated.
    • Train The Trainer on this new learning paths so that regional trainers are autonomous in delivering these new trainings on their markets in face-to-face and/ or remote session. Occasionally lead sessions for sales advisors.

    Guaranteeing the effectiveness of training programs:

    • Analyze and improve training content, integrate regional and business lines' specific needs
    • In-depth ROI monitoring and analysis to ensure optimal training effectiveness.

    Profile :

    • 5 years minimum of experience in Digital Learning, Product Training or Retail Training in an international/ luxury/ retail/ hospitality environment.
    • Strong knowledge of the digital learning creation tools (Rise, Storyline) and pack Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Office 365)
    • You are attracted by pedagogy, digital learning and innovation.
    • You are customer and service oriented, and possess good knowledge of retail environment.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
    • Exceptional attention to details
    • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
    • Fluent in French and English
