- Manage a team of around 20 architects / engineers
- Lead all aspects of design from concept to production
- Work alongside cross-functional teams such as marketing, systems design, digital front-end/back-end teams, validation, productization, quality, applications, packaging, etc
- Ensure quality and reliability standards are et for high volume production
- Communicate with high-profile customers
- 15+ years' experience in IC design and technical leadership
- Track record in development of several complex IC products in high volume production
- Strong experience with managing an Analog Mixed-Signal design team
- Industrial experience in the architecture and validation if high-speed data converters IP blocks
- Experience with high-speed data converters IP blocks in complex SoCs
- Expert in AMS design / layout methodology

Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Manager - Remote
We are working with an exciting semiconductor company who are looking for an Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Manager to join their team, to work remotely with regular site visits.
The role will focus on managing a team of around 20 AMS Architect and Design Engineers, developing analog mixed-signal functional blocks for complex SoCs, including high-speed A/D and D/A converters, low-jitter PLL and other functions.
