Job Description:

Responsabilités principales

  • Assurer le suivi et la gestion des clients Bronze en respectant les procédures internes et en donnant une réponse qualitative aux clients
  • S'assurer de répondre aux demandes rapidement et efficacement aux demandes clients Bronze
  • Savoir expliquer sa facture à un client Bronze
  • Guider le client dans l'utilisation de notre portail interne (myCHEP) et promouvoir l'ensemble des outils CHEP mis à sa disposition
  • Résoudre et fixer les problématiques déclaratives des clients Bronze
  • Calculer les impacts financiers pour autorisation Finance si besoin avant toute correction de mouvements

Qualifications:

Bac + 2/3, BTS (ADV, gestion commerciale )

Expérience

  • Expérience dans un environnement international avec des procédures et des contacts multiples
  • Experience en B to B
  • Avoir travaillé dans un service client ou ADV
Compétences et connaissances

  • Compréhension du "business model" CHEP
  • Connaissance des produits et services
  • Sens du contact client
  • Forte capacité d'apprentissage (notamment des procédures)
  • Rigueur
- Être capable de comprendre une facture et de calculer un impact financier
