Mission and Main Objectives:

Provide a smooth track and understanding of operation & projects within Connected Cars & Services (CCS) program.

This role will involve working in the heart of Connected Cars & Services (CCS) Program at Nissan Europe; where you will be responsible for supporting, financial operational activities through cross-functional projects as-well-as managing the suppliers.

The position is Cross Car Lines (CCL).

**Tasks & Responsibilities: - Connected car

Suppliers Management:
Support the contract activities with internal functions (legal and other business functions). Participate and arrange to Meetings & Steering committee with the suppliers. Provide volume forecasts for them to forecast the business and align to our budget previsions. Follow the tracks and the KPIs given in the contracts (SLAs, etc...).

  • Invoices Management: Manage invoices within internal tool (raise Purchase Order and validate the Good Receipt as soon as service delivered). Track and follow financial data and revenue allocated to connected cars with finance team.
  • Budget Support: Support to the budget submission to controlling through the different submission milestones and Landing at the end of the Fiscal Year. Built an internal submission planning with Historical data.
  • Internal stakeholder Management: Coordinating crossfunctional meeting with relevant stakeholders to gather Functions reply for the budget submission milestones. Support, interact and align within international project team (Europe, Japan) for budget matters and projects related.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement tracking mechanisms and performance indicators to


monitor financial operations (expenses and revenue to support connected cars profit and Loss), efficiency improvements and suppliers performance management (KPIs dashboard and contract status management), providing recommendations for continuous enhancement.


Background & Experience:


  • 3 to 4 years working experience ideally in operations management domain,
  • Project Management

Specific hard skills or technical knowledge:

  • Have a good understanding on budget awareness (Submission millstones, Business Plan, Costs of sales (COS), Design and development (D&D) etc.)
  • Have good Project Management skills, with a clear methodology to ensure a relevant coordination and follow up with the teams
  • Previous budget management experience will be appreciated.
  • Have excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and other industry standard computer literacy,
  • Experience on connected services, Vehicle Infotainment Technologies or Autonomous Vehicles in Business is a plus,

Soft skills:


  • Be comfortable working with numbers, Data Analysis and

Insight Generation:

Conduct thorough analysis of internal financial connected car data, utilizing statistical techniques and trends that can be leveraged for performance and efficiency improvements.


  • Be logical and have strong analytical skills,
  • Presentation & communication skills to engage and influence with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Be positive, collaborative and transparent when working with others in a team,
  • Be able to independently research information from multiple sources,
