    MAIN MISSIONS

    • Participation in welcoming young children and their families
    • Providing care in terms of hygiene, comfort, and well-being for children
    • Promoting the awakening and development of children while respecting their rhythm and individuality
    • Ensuring physical and emotional security

    Profile

    KNOWLEDGE

    • Hold a DE in auxiliaire de puériculture
    • Knowledge of the establishment's operating regulations and roles
    • Familiarity with the project of the early childhood service and the daycare educational project
    • Understanding of the physical, psychomotor, and emotional development of babies and young children
    • Skills in infant dietetics
    • Ability to observe, analyze, and respond to children's needs
    • Recognize difficulties and progress
    • Experience in leading activities and managing groups of children
    • Capacity to gather and communicate important information
    • Proficiency in hygiene and safety rules
