    ‣ Descriptif du poste :PAPREC GROUP est le premier groupe français de recyclage, avec 16 millions de tonnes de déchets à recycler, à travers un réseau de plus de 300 sites en France et à l'international. Il compte aujourd'hui près de collaborateurs et affiche un chiffre d'affaires de 3 Milliards d'Euros.Rattaché au DRH des Régions Hauts de France et Normandie, vous êtes un véritable relais opérationnel de l'organisation RH. Vous serez chargé de :- Déployer sur l'ensemble des sites de votre périmètre la politique RH de l'entreprise et veiller à son application,- Accompagner les managers au quotidien : * Garantir des recrutements de qualité : rédaction et diffusion des annonces de recrutement, organisation des entretiens, propositions salariales et rédaction des contrats de travail. * Administration du personnel courante * Relations sociales * Veiller à l'application de la politique salariale * Gestion des dossiers disciplinaires, des contentieux et des ruptures conventionnelles, * Préparation et suivi du plan de formation- Tenir à jour les tableaux de bord RH, données et statistiques,- Participer et animer les IRP,- Optimiser les coûts liés à la gestion de la main d'œuvre (contrats aidés, intérim...)‣ Profil recherché :De formation Bac+5 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2/3 ans à un poste équivalent.Doté d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes pragmatique et disposez de bonnes capacités d'adaptation à des environnements de travail variés et des interlocuteurs différents.Rigoureux et organisé, vous savez prioriser vos sujets et être capable de prendre du recul concernant les problématiques managériales rencontrées au quotidien.Pour ce poste basé à Harnes, des déplacements fréquents dans la région sont à prévoir (véhicule de service mis à disposition).
