As part of Risk Management and Compliance, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient.

You help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks, and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers and communities.

In the Risk Governance and Strategy Team you will be part of a team that supports the firm's Chief Risk Officer and Risk Management and Compliance CFO in running a world-class organization through sound governance practices and impactful content, disciplined project and solutions delivery, business management and ongoing development of strategic initiatives

This role will support the senior most risk committees of the firm and influence governance practices across the organization

  • Own production of a monthly report (written in prose) that highlights important risk and compliance related items for Board and C-Suite level stakeholders.
  • Own updates to firmwide risk governance content included in documentation such as internal policies and standards
  • Oversee risk committee governance practices and drive alignment and adoption across the firm's LOB, regional and risk typespecific risk committees.
  • Drive innovation in governance related to tools and practices to unlock greater efficiencies and effectiveness

Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of professional experience related to financial services, risk management, compliance or legal
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. Writing sample must be provided.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
  • High degree of initiative, selfdirection, and ability to work well under pressure
