Mission:
- The Compliance function is a permanent, effective and independent function that concentrates on nonconformity risks (i.e. the risk of legal or regulatory sanctions, of significant financial losses or loss of reputation that Candriam could incur by virtue of its failure to comply with laws, regulations, rules and codes of conduct).
Its main missions are to:
- Identify, analyse, and measure nonconformity and reputation risks deriving from activities or products, new or existing
- Assist Management Committees in identifying, assessing, and adequately treating nonconformity risks
- Define compliance policies and procedures
- Implement and set up controls
- Set up training sessions adapted to staff needs
- Assist/advise staff.

Responsabilities:
- Prevent, detect, and mitigate compliance, regulatory and reputational risks across the firm and help strengthen the firm's compliance culture
- Second level control function responsible for undertaking controls to ensure regulatory risks are mitigated and contained:
- Conducting testing and surveillance of the first and second lines of defense. The testing component involves developing and executing control-based reviews covering front office, middle office, and support functions
- Prepare final test reports and present the results to senior management, coordinate corrective measures, where applicable
- Followup on corrective measures raised during the testing process to ensure they are properly implemented
- Marketing material review and signoff
- Compliance
- Support the processes for proper reporting to senior management and regulatory authorities
- Provide suggestions on how to improve and streamline current practices and methodologies
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Compliance or Internal control within Asset Management Industry
- University Degree/Master's in legal
- Business Administration
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory environment
- Rigorous
