About the job

As VIE Project Optimisation PACK/PRODUCT you will perform industrial testing of packaging materials based on protocols obtained from R&I.

You will be a key player to follow up our different productivity, innovation, renovation, and improvement projects.


Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

  • Trial management support linked to innovation, renovation, productivity & improvement projects
  • Lead on innovation and packaging rollout projects which arise via R&I (weekly meetings, SPOC for operations, connection with cross functional teams).
  • Active lead for process improvement and actively participate in the projects in order to make the necessary industrial recommendations during the concept and implementation phases
  • Coordinating industrial tests within the plant, ensuring industrial followup including the test report and results.
  • Identify packaging nonconformities with the support of the production teams
  • Report the analyses to the suppliers and cobuild an action plan with them. Challenge them on compliance with packaging specifications.


Your
main contacts will be external suppliers of our materials and you will closely collaborate with different internal stakeholders such as the R&I team, Feasibility Managers, Procurement, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Q&FS...

About you

  • Engineer with knowledge of Packaging Materials
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in industrial processes
  • English (spoken & written)
  • Excel, PowerBI is a plus

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?


V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company.

This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

  • You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
  • You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
  • You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
  • You have never done a V.I.E before.

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?

  • There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
  • You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
  • Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
  • The cost of your backandforth flight or train tickets is covered.
