Poste :
Reporting to the EMEA Retail Learning manager

Ensure a seamless experience for participants attending learning events in Paris.

Strive to provide service excellence by:

  • Aiding with planning, internal marketing and management of learning events and webinars
  • Organizing visas, hotel & restaurant bookings
  • Aiding with the production of the learning materials
  • Coordinating facilitators and internal guests
  • Fostering a concierge mindset
  • Live internal social media feeds

What we need from you:

  • Highly organised and can work under pressure
  • Thrives in a fast moving environment & is able to balance multiple priorities.
  • Social media savy
  • Creative with a good eye for luxury & detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in events would be appreciated.
