**Your role as a Key Account Manager

  • Life Science Solutions representing Thermo Fisher Scientific**You will be responsible for the sales of the Life Science Solutions portfolio, including Applied Biosystems, Invitrogen and Gibco to complete workflows like Molecular Biology, Protein detection, Cellular Biology & Analysis (Flow Cytometry, Imaging) & qPCR. The position is focused on the management of Key Accounts in Paris area & Nantes.


The role will include building and establishing relationships with our customers, growing the customer database by prospection, and demoing & selling small benchtop instruments & their consumables.


In order to join our hardworking & dynamic French sales team, you must have a background in Life Science, be a great teammate and demonstrate the desire & demeanour to work in a sales role.

We will provide you with an internal onboarding program as well as product & sales trainings on a regular basis.

Your individual's responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following specific responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers and successfully handle the sales of company products and services to achieve or exceed the assigned territory sales plan
  • Coordinate local events/seminars and drive sales activities to build awareness on our portfolio and drive the business
  • Visit all customer levels and functional areas, daily, using consultative selling techniques within assigned territory
  • Support our mission in enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer

Experience & Technical Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Sales experience in relevant industry
  • Good command of French & English
  • Microsoft Office package
  • Driving License B
