As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join us as our Happiness Manager.

This role is at the heart of fostering a positive community and enhancing the overall experience on our Paris based campuses.


Your Mission:


Employee and Student Experience

  • Champion a positive and engaging employee experience, ensuring a supportive and inclusive workplace.
  • Enhance student life by organizing events that create a sense of community and belonging.
  • Be the face of our campus, maintaining a regular onsite presence to connect with employees, students, and community members.
  • Flexible schedule: Opportunity to attend events in the evening or welcome students on campus in the morning (never consecutive days though)

Event Organization

  • Plan and execute a variety of events, from social gatherings to professional development activities, fostering a lively and connected community for the students and for the employees
  • Act as the brand ambassador, pitching and promoting events to ensure high participation and enthusiasm.

Community Management

  • Lead and organize the employee community, managing one direct report in operations.
  • Create an atmosphere of collaboration and positivity, ensuring the community thrives both personally and professionally.
  • Utilize strong sales & communication skills to oversee leasing out our campus, maximizing the use of our facilities.
  • Actively bring new individuals and organizations onto the campus, expanding our network and enhancing our community.
  • Demonstrate a high level of experience and confidence in making decisions that positively impact the community. Take calculated risks to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

About you:

Proven experience in event organization and community management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English

Sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to promote and sell our training services or lease our campus spaces.

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing at least one person.

Enthusiastic about creating a positive and vibrant community atmosphere.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and make informed decisions.
