Quelles sont les missions ?
Gérer les études de faisabilité et les cotations des nouveaux produits
Réaliser les études de faisabilité en lien étroit avec la R&D, les Achats, les services Procédés & Projets, HSE et Supply-Chain des usines, Marketing & Ventes et les clients,
Analyser et sélectionner les voies de synthèse avec les équipes R&D, puis dimensionner les études R&D et Pilote,
Etablir la cotation industrielle avec prise en compte des besoins d'investissement le cas échéant,
Participer au choix de la meilleure forme solide selon la voie d'administration.
Gérer un portefeuille de projets de la Business Unit Advanced Specialties
Être garant des livrables et de la satisfaction client dans le cadre de ses projets, défini par qualité, coût et délai,
Piloter le projet en constituant, organisant, coordonnant et animant l'équipe projet selon le cahier des charges (demande du client, budget, délais...),
Qualifier et quantifier les risques liés au projet dès la mise en place de celui-ci, proposer des pistes pour diminuer ces risques et des solutions de repli le cas échéant.
Veiller à la transmission du cahier des charges technique au pilote
Assurer un suivi rigoureux du planning et de la gestion du budget,
Assurer le reporting technique de ses activités en Comité de Pilotage Projets (interne) et auprès des clients.
Augmenter le taux de réussite des réponses à des projets clients
Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs de performances projet,
Proposer des voies d'amélioration alternatives.
Apporter votre support au département R&D et Marketing & Vente
Être un support technique de R&D et M&V pour les problématiques " courtes " et sans besoin laboratoire,
Déterminer et orienter/préconiser les solutions techniques,
Analyse les problèmes techniques rencontrés par le client et ses contraintes,
Participer aux rédactions des présentations techniques (internes et externes).
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation en Chimie Organique et/ou en Génie des procédés de type Ecole d'Ingénieur, PhD ou Université.
Vous bénéficiez d'au moins une expérience similaire en milieu industriel notamment dans la réalisation de projets (ressources, planning, technique, budget, délai, qualité, sécurité...) ainsi que la rédaction des dossiers de faisabilité.
Rigoureux(se), vous justifiez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles. De plus vous appréciez travailler en mode projet. Des bonnes capacités relationnelles, vous permettront de collaborer avec les clients et les équipes transverses du Groupe.
Vous parlez couramment anglais.
