Description de la mission:

Fueled by the business, she/he keeps updated the IT strategic vision of the IT / business targets on her/his scope of responsibility (Targets, Roadmap)

To perform his activity, she/he will:

• Develop strong relationship with business referents to set-up a project portfolio and prioritize business requirements with them,
• Propose and setup an efficient organization adapted to his scope of duty (internal and/or contractors). She / He will manage internal collaborators and make them grow.
• Ensure that all the contracts in his scope of activities are validated and aligned with the activities of the contractors. She / he will animate and track the progress of contractors activities and check the compliance of their deliverables / outputs
• Propose and implement with partners (Support, ISSC, D&T office,...) efficient ways of workings aligned with processes defined by D&T
• Manage efficiently licenses with SAM team and key users
• Propose IT budget, spending optimizations (sourcing), perform IT forecast, track IT costs on his domain of activity.
