As a Global Talent Scout you are positioned strategically to enable the recruitment and development of external succession strategies for top leadership positions in advance of hiring needs.


Next to our focus on Talent Scouting, we encourage you to take over additional project manager tasks within Strategic Talent Acquisition such as other Talent Attraction initiatives, Early Career programs or new hire experience.

This not only enables us to meet business needs in a flexible way, but also gives you the possibility to build knowledge and experience in another area of Strategic TA.

This position will report to Global Strategic TA Leader and is part of the Talent Management organization in Cytiva.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to work and project lead different initiatives in the Strategic TA COE of Cytiva:

  • Talent Scouting: Define and lead effective talent scouting strategies and initiatives, aligned to the respective business functional priorities, in order to create and maintain relevant and rich external talent pipelines of specialized skillset and leadership talent. Design and set standard work for future talent scouting process in Cytiva.
  • New hire experience: Support global launch of onboarding experience platform and lead future iterations. Host onboarding experience network among HR coordination team.
  • Early Career experience: Contribute to a more structured and unified early career experience across Cytiva.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Lead different projects related to SWP as this becomes a greater area of focus.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Degree in HR, business studies or related scientific discipline.
  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management. Previous experience from executive search, talent scouting and/or strategic workforce planning principles are a plus.
  • Experience leading large (TA or HR related) projects/programs across several business units and regions, leading virtual teams and removing roadblocks as needed.
  • Track record of measurable results and continuous improvement with previous projects/ programs in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience working within matrix global teams across different time zones and geographies.

Concevoir et définir des normes de travail pour le futur processus de recherche de talents chez Cytiva.
  • Expérience des nouvelles recrues : soutenir le lancement mondial de la plateforme d'expérience d'intégration et diriger les itérations futures. Héberger un réseau d'expérience d'intégration au sein de l'équipe de coordination des ressources humaines.
  • Expérience de début de carrière : contribuer à une expérience de début de carrière plus structurée et unifiée au sein de Cytiva.
  • Planification stratégique de la maind'œuvre : diriger différents projets liés à SWP, car cela devient
