Description

We are looking for one of our clients a Test & Product Expert (Senior).

The Test & Product Expert will oversee the development of the full test programs of their SOCs.

Based on his strong experience of mixed-signal ATE environment, he will be capable to industrialize their silicon from the wafer sort until the final test, executed at package level.

He will support the design team to define the appropriate DFT and he will be autonomous in his own pattern generation thru digital RTL simulations ran by himself.

He will be the Safe-IoT guarantee that final product will be compliant with its datasheet.

Executing the qualification plan (electrical characterization, reliability tests, packaging) based on JEDEC standard, he will be also in charge of the product engineering step (Yield improvement and monitoring, costs reduction) as soon as the product will be in mass production.

Probe card, load board design for RF products will be also part of his missions.

The position is located at Rousset, France, with some travels at test-house plants.

Bachelor's Degree and/or Engineering school specialized in microelectronics with an RF knowledge base.

Strong experience in mixed signal ATE domain is required.

Skills:

ATE mixed signal expertise (TERADYNE UFLEX/UFLEX+, ADV 93K/T2K, SPEA,...)
Probe card/load board design and validation with subcontractors
Experience in ADC/DAC, RF (Nb-IoT range), Flash NVM wafer tests are mandatory
Good understanding of IoT market constraints
Lab scripting tools (Tcl, Python...)
Defectivity analysis tools knowledge is a plus (FIB, probing station)
Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
Team spirit and knowledge sharing are mandatory
Good communication in English, French highly recommended.
