Verkor is a French industrial company aiming to pioneer low-carbon battery manufacturing in France.

Our strong and agile international team continues to grow and adapt to new challenges. Based in Grenoble (France), we are currently establishing our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).

In the coming years, we will focus on building the world's most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France).

With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually and creating 1200 direct jobs.

In joining us you will actively participate in this breathtaking industrial adventure toshape the future of European mobility.


As a true operational "Business Partner", you will be in charge of various aspects of the HR function for our Verkor Innovation Center (approximately 300 employees).

Is generally the single point of entry for HR employees within its scope.

Responds to all day-to-day HR issues, drawing on the technical expertise of dedicated departments such as payroll, personnel administration and disciplinary matters, identify sources of issues and address them.

You'll be responsible for the implementation of HR policies and processes, in particular for:


Missions:


  • Production staff recruitment
  • Production skills development and training, supporting our "Ecole de la Batterie" project
  • Compensation matters (Contribute to the control of the wage bill)
  • Support our HHR to deal with social dialogue and help maintain a favorable social climate
  • Support the daily life on our VIC site
  • With the managers, contribute to the analysis of the production plan on the VIC proposing adapted solutions in terms of organization and mobility, also pilot the integration of new employees.
  • Deploy the employee involvement process on site
  • Contributes to the preparation of the training plan GPEC and changes in activities/business lines.
  • With the support of the training department, he/she monitors the deployment of the training plan.
  • Ensure the implementation and followup of annual performance and professional interviews.
  • Support employees in terms of professional development.
  • Participate in structuring HR projects (HRIS, time management, change of payroll provider etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with working conditions.
  • You will also manage the HR administration team, including externalized payroll

Prerequisites:


  • Higher education background in Human Resources
  • 7 years minimum of similar experience in a demanding production/industrial environment
  • A taste for challenge, a resultsoriented culture, a "solutions" orientation and flexibility.
  • Leadership spirit
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage pressure and multi tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and rigorous
  • Pack Office current use
  • Perfect French Social Law knowledge
  • Fluent French & English are both mandatory.
