The Incumbent is expected to have a range of competencies and experience including:

Master Degree in Engineering
5 years Engineering/Projects experience
Significant experience renewables
Rigorous, methodical, and organized.
A collaborative, solutionsoriented approach and strong written and oral communication skills

Defines asset management strategy according to asset class in coordination with local asset managers
Elaborates and supports the deployment of the asset management policy, procedures, and tools
Promotes and coordinates quality management system initiatives and related certifications

- processes and operating procedures

Sets up a record and documentation management system
Sets up an asset description system
Implement a comprehensive system of lessonlearned to achieve a highlevel quality management of the Assets
Supports Countries and Affiliates on Assets life cycle
Contributes to the production performance plans
Contributes to development and upgrade of AM tools with peers and TDF

REN:
GRP/REN is TotalEnergies' Division in charge of the development, construction, O&M, asset management and financing of renewables projects: large and small scale (distributed generation) solar, onshore and offshore wind, offgrid energy, storage.
Its strategic objective is to accumulate 35 GW by 2025, 100 GW of operational renewables capacity by 2030
Given this ambitious growth agenda, the rapid pace of operations on a daily basis, and the regular changes, agility at scale and fastlearning are imperatives to continue capturing market opportunities and honing our innovation capacities while industrializing processes and streamlining our organization
