MISSION


As part of the Container Fleet Department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Group's container fleet.


RESPONSIBILITIES
The Group uses numerous depots around the world to maintain its container fleet. You will participate in the monitoring of contracts defining their services.

You participate in the technical follow-up of the Group's equipment.


You will draft invitations to tender, negotiate, deploy and manage contracts for the purchase of parts and consumables, in accordance with Group regulations and procedures.

You will also be responsible for technology watch, support and training.


THE ACTIVITIES FOR YOUR SCOPE WILL BE:


Seals:

World inventory management.

Order validation.

Ensure compliance with procedures by worldwide users.


Invoicing:

Invoice entry and follow-up for the department.

Litigation management and payment guarantor (KPI).

Supplier qualification


Contracts and tenders:

Management of the contract library, participation in calls for tender.


PROFILE AND SKILLS


A graduate of an engineering or business school, you are fluent in both spoken and written English, and have a good command of IT and office automation tools.


A very good knowledge of the maritime environment and experience of purchasing in the technical and logistics fields are highly desirable.


Your interpersonal skills, your ease in a technical environment and your rigor will enable you to succeed in this position.
