In this new era where gaming is mainstream entertainment, Gaming companies have an opportunity to reach and engage a broad audience, and creatively engage with communities to drive impact.
With the newly formed Global Gaming Business Marketing team, we have the opportunity to showcase how TikTok has become the new Portal to Play.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that is showcasing how leading publishers can launch games as culturally-relevant entertainment properties and get broader entertainment audiences to discover, play and further engage with their games.
We are seeking a creative and resourceful Global GTM Marketing Manager within this Global Gaming Marketing team, reporting to EMEA GTM Gaming Business Marketing Lead.
As part of the Global Gaming business marketing unit, you will lead and manage regional B2B events and marcomms activities related to strengthening our perception and positioning within the industry, collaborating with internal teams and external resources, taking full responsibility and ownership of your projects, executing our global strategy with agility and impact.
The role will include hands-on management of events (large client summits, owned and paid - sponsorships); from project management, measurements, reaching KPIs, and to production, overseeing the project's content and campaign, collaborating across teams; design, content writers, regional GBM and GBS teams and leads, other cross functional partners, vendors, and industry partners.
This individual is not afraid to think big, willing to roll up their sleeves to get the work done with the passion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business marketing events for TikTok Gaming in partnership with the larger GBM team, targeting your market's B2B audiences (advertisers, agencies, industry partners).
- Own and develop your market's events' strategy and calendar, best practices, and playbooks for selforganized workshops, industry events and other opportunities.
- Identify and execute regional sponsorship/opportunities.
- Project manage eventrelated campaigns including but not limited to vendor and freelancer management.
- Understand the customer journey and use events as a tool to ensure communication effectiveness.
- Build measurement standards to benchmark the impact and effectiveness, to track and measure the value of trade activity against key KPIs.
- Provide regular regional market marketing learnings and updates that connect to measurable business results tied to the regional and global vision; adapt and pivot as needed based on datadriven learnings.
- Build strong relationships with strategic event pocs in the region, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the success of initiatives.
- Build and lead external relationships with key regional industry associations and communities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, working in event planning, marcomms.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate within global crossfunctional teams.
- Experience with both offline and online event formats.
- Experience in partner management and a track record of influencing change across organizations.
- Experience in the digital advertising industry, ideally with experience across different marketing functions.
- Good understanding of the gaming media landscape and the tech industry in the region.
- Selfstarter that has the ability to plan and execute industry events and projects from start to finish.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with an open mind attitude, communicating and building relationships across different cultures.
