Key Accountabilities

The role has the following key priorities:

Participate in the integration/harmonization of Euronext Legacy Fixed Income markets and Borsa Italiana markets for the trading models, post-trade, fee schemes, liquidity provision schemes, reporting, activity statistics topics; in the reflections on how to develop our markets; and to prepare and attend customer meetings when appropriate.

Learn about and follow up the evolution of the regulatory environment (MiFID II, CSDR) and its impact for Euronext FI markets.

Provide input to prepare the recurrent reporting to the Executive Management in close coordination with other FI team members.

Undertake studies and data analysis to follow up members' activity and the evolution of models and schemes as well as competition analysis; share information with the appropriate teams and issue alerts when needed regarding members' behaviors and activity via studies and data analysis.

Manage the fixed income database and propose and implement evolutions and automation to facilitate the operational follow up.

Work closely and collaboratively with the whole Fixed Income retail markets team as well as with cross-functional support teams including the Business Analytics, Finance, Legal, Client Services, Marketing and Sales teams for the different tasks.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business; a degree in data science would be a plus.
A previous internship/apprenticeship in a Fixed Income environment would be a plus.
Fluent in French and English; additional languages would be a plus.
Eager to learn about Fixed Income cash market structure and stock exchange infrastructure from a business, competition, regulatory and technological perspective.
Computer literacy: MS Office, Bloomberg, PowerBI.
Analytic and data mining skills.
Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Selfmotivated and proactive.
Good organizer and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented.
Ability to demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude at all times in a high pressure and fastchanging international environment.
