    Context of the position

    Nextlane is looking for an experienced Technical/Software Project Manager that combines development expertise with project management skills, this to oversee the implementation and delivery of IT solutions and projects. You are responsible for managing the technical aspects of a project from start to finish, ensuring that the deliverables meet the required specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. You will handle customer communications during projects to secure alignment. One part is to manage the follow-up of project to secure the know-how and documentation for future projects, this in terms of reuse of knowledge, solutions and time spent.

    This role will manage multiple projects simultaneously. Most projects will be enterprise-wide, pan-European, multi-stakeholder projects, build on our Nextlane Azure Platform.

    Your responsibilities :

    Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

    Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget

    Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met

    Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

    What we are looking for :

    Experience: at least 2 years of experience in the same role.

    Languages: French and English

    Technical Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field MBA preferred.

    Experience from Project and process management.

    Capability to handle customer dialogs.

    Budget development and tracking

    Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

    Proficient with spreadsheet software and project management software

    Interpersonal skills:

    Strong organizational and analytical skills

    Strong communication skills

    Mentoring and coaching

    Reflect and refine.
