    THE ROLE :


    As part of IAM (identity and Access Management) global team which consists of CMA CGM IAM platform upgrading, governance team needs to be expanded.

    You will be joining the IAM governance team whose activities are covering several teams in the department.


    RESPONSIBILITIES :
    Within the Cybersecurity Group Department, you will contribute to various activities :

    Write, review and challenge IAM policies, standards, procedures and related flow charts supporting IAM services

    Standardize end-to-end IAM processes and ensure alignment of IAM processes to the IAM policies and standards

    Make available any useful documentation for IAM governance

    Analyze and improve data quality in Production environment, delivering missing process for each new connector to be implemented

    Define implement and review a lifecycle identity management process for all type of staff throughout their tenure in the company

    Simplify roles and access definitions

    Assist with providing requirements for IAM and governance that enforces applicable organization security policies and access management requirements

    Ensure follow-up of audit and execute remediation activities in support of IAM controls such as account/role recertification

    Identify and recommend improvement opportunities and outline action plans for IAM solutions

    Demonstrate an understanding of Privileged Access Management and Identity Access Management and the integration with broader security solutions, such as Identity Access Governance

    Provide operational support across IAM department

    Represent IAM organization on large scale technology projects implemented outside IAM, regulatory reviews and internal and external audits

    Defining clear IAM objectives for the development of each element

    Define and implement KPI helping reduces inefficiency and monitor success of IAM processes


    PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
    High capacity to analyze qualitative and quantitative data on various topics

    Strong capacity for listening and communication skills with all types of interlocutors

    Skills for synthesis and ability to summaries

    Knowledge of security/authorization model

    Auditors, regulators business stakeholders

    Project management skills

    Ability to collaborate and build relationships with application developers, application owners and business analysts to integrate system resources with IAM solutions

    Good communication skills, both written and oral

    Well organized, with good attention to detail

    Fluent in English

    Fluent in French

    Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-regional team (Europe/Canada/Asia/India)
