Position:

Your role will be:

1) Follow-up the development of the projects within your scope:

Working closely with design and development teams
Contribute to the consolidation protos launches and following up with development teams status of newness throughout development process
Ensure timings are respected and raise alerts when needed
Work closely with material designers on material orders and researches
Preparing the documents and tools for the monitoring of the collection (Overviews, Collection Plan, Line List, Price List, Samples review.)
Monitoring costs throughout the whole development giving target prices and work with the teams to reach the target margins

2) Give support to LG Director with all Paris related activities:

Support as a relay in Paris for all showroom preparation
Help Track samples/protos inventory in Paris alongside studio coordinator
Assist when necessary in the preparation of key meetings in Paris, across all categories

3) Contribute to the preparation of the buying session and Training package:

Assist in the organization and preparation of the photo shooting, training and the documents needed for the buying session
Revise in detail the information on PLM (names, descriptions, prices etc) and share the Line List
Assist the teams digitally and physically during the showroom
Closely contribute in the follow up of the buying session, communicating updates and changes, and provide necessary data and support to Retail and Wholesale teams throughout the sales campaign.
Help prepare training content to be shared centrally and be the point of reference for all product related questions
