    Within Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Global Trade is the platform that aims to support and finance the growth and sustainable development of our clients. In the Treasury Solutions department, you join the customer services team that strives to maintain a strong proximity with its customers by accompanying them in their daily management.

    On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

  • Working closely with relationship managers (Financial Institutions) and sales managers (Corporates);
  • Be the entry point for the customer portfolio for which you are responsible and ensure the customer relationship on a daily basis, as well as administrative assistance in the commercial relationship;
  • Take charge of the processing of events related to the life of the account, cash investment and liquidity optimization;
  • Contribute to the optimization and security of the system;
  • Manage risk management and monitoring of sensitive accounts.
