What you will do
Within the Vehicle Strategy & Product Management team, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society as a whole.
You will be required to:
- Lead and coordinate a major crossfunctional product evolution project. You will report to a Program Director.
- Facilitate a crossfunctional project team that you will rely on.
- Manage the evolution of product costs as well as associated development budgets (approximately 50 million euros).
- Define the project plan and oversee its execution through robust milestones.
- Ensure that the developed systems or solutions are suitable for the vehicle and aligned with the technical strategy.
- Cooperate effectively with various sites within the Volvo Group contributing to this development. Frequent travel, particularly to Sweden, is expected.
Our team, composed of experienced engineers focused on current and future technological challenges, will allow you to evolve in an environment stimulated by performance research aimed at ensuring the competitiveness of Renault Trucks' transport offerings.
We operate in an international context and interact daily with colleagues within the group (Sweden, India, United States, Brazil).We develop Heavy Duty Vehicles for the Renault Trucks brand.
The Vehicle Strategy & Product Management team is responsible for:
- Defining the Technical Strategy for the Renault Trucks TCK Range.
- Exploring future technologies and their integration by leading advanced research activities (Advanced Engineering).
- Preparing product evolutions through preliminary studies.
- Executing development through integration programs.

The following skills will be necessary:
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex projects in product development.
- A PMP and/or Safe certification or equivalent certification would be a significant asset.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Interest in new technologies and their integration in the transportation sector.
- You have confirmed leadership skills and the ability to engage teams.
- You can work autonomously, are rigorous, and can manage uncertainties.
