The Benefits Assistant (Apprentice) will strengthen the existing People team and supporting Ogury on a wide range of Benefits administration matters and data reporting.


  • We are looking for an apprentice in Bachelor or higher diploma looking to join us for 12 months starting in September 2024 in our office in Paris. This person would collaborate closely with colleagues from other HR Teams and report to Global People Operations Director.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the People team in organizing our global Benefits offering: administrative tasks, organizing documents in employee folders, updating our HR systems, tracking premiums, etc)
  • Filing all employee benefits related documentation.
  • Enrolling and terminating benefits for employees during the different stages of the employment cycle: new hires, life event changes, terminations.
  • Assisting People colleagues with benefits processes; continuously improving them.
  • Supporting the streamlining of a benefits service by researching the different markets and making recommendations.
  • Supporting the preparation of the variable elements that are communicated to payroll monthly in the benefits area.
  • Creating frameworks for enabling global benefits audits.
  • Engaging with stakeholder within the business and external.

Reporting:


  • Assisting in gathering and organizing data for turnover reports and equity grant distributions, learning the foundational aspects of People reporting
  • Support people analytics projects by collecting and processing data to help identify trends and insights within the workforce

About you:


  • Good verbal and written communication capabilities in French and English is mandatory
  • Bachelor or highter student degree with a specialization in Human Resources
  • Interest in Global benefits administration
  • Excel knowledge desired
  • Detailfocussed
  • Ability to handle sensitive HR data with the required level of confidentiality
  • Reactivity and dynamism
