Description

Essential tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Engaging and building relationships with client executives that drive improved client experiences and lead to Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solution sales
  • Building specific sales opportunity plans that expand Enablon's GRC footprint with existing clients by identifying their needs and mutually creating a valuebased growth plan
  • Targeting and engaging with selected companies for the development of new GRC sales opportunities
  • Managing and aligning with new and existing client decision cycles, work with our sales team to win new logos and expand within existing clients
  • Cooperate with the internal team to produce sales presentations and proposals that are compelling and consistently produce expanded bookings
  • Learning and expanding your knowledge of the GRC, EHS, ESG and operational risk markets including emerging business risks and innovative solutions.

Profile:

Education

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or related discipline, a master's degree would be preferred.
Experience

  • Must be recognized as a sales expert in one or more areas of Enterprise GRC platforms, with an external reputation within GRC industry
  • Minimum of 7 years of outside strategic and complex sales experience of Enterprise GRC platform towards global accounts, including:
  • Engaging with people at all levels of an organization (including C-level executives)
  • Demonstrated experience in creatively solving client GRC business problems
  • Demonstrated success at penetrating new accounts
  • Experience creating compelling GRC value propositions
  • Experience managing highlevel contract negotiations with Clevel executives
  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
  • Excellent technical and nontechnical communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills including experience with organization and planning
