HomeCamper, a French start-up, is looking for its new Country Manager for Germany to complete its team

The HomeCamper concept in a few words: to help all camping enthusiasts to find their ideal pitch in private gardens, by offering pitches in Germany and all of Europe.

For that, we are looking for our future Country Manager for the German market.

Your tasks:

Develop the supply of gardens, acquire new hosts in Germany and in the DACH market as a whole (and possibly in other European countries)
Develop new growth strategies in these markets
Optimize lead generation strategies
Search for opportunities in growth hacking
Helping, advising and accompanying hosts and travelers: handling written and verbal requests from customers
Bring in creative ideas in social media marketing/community management

The position is very multi-faceted and all topics must be handled with professionalism.

Your strengths:

You are perfectly at ease on the phone
Your spelling is impeccable
You have an interest in the sharing economy and sustainable tourism industry
You are fluent in German and English, and possibly in another language
You are dynamic, rigorous, dedicated and motivated
You already have experience in business development and/or country management

Additional information:

Qualification: 3 years of higher education, communication school, business school, or equivalent
Type of contract: CDD or CDI (fulltime)
Start date: September 2023 or January 202
Location: Fontainebleau, France, in a young and dynamic international coworking space
Experience : > 1 year
Hybrid work/teleworking possible
