  • The Director, Strategic Leadership Development will be responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of Leadership Development programs for Otis globally with a focus on product and strategy learning. As a key member of the Talent CoE (Center of Expertise), this leader will be a credible influencer who can leverage data, technology and cuttingedge best practice to provide solutions for the business through the evolution of colleagues as leaders.
  • This position reports to the Senior Director, Leadership Development. The location of the position is flexible and can be located in any country in the global organization.
  • Preferred locations would be France, UK or Germany.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a portfolio of leadership development programs that create a clear growth pathway to enhance the strategic leadership capabilities and skills of leaders at all levels.
  • Engage with stakeholders, conduct needs assessments, create learning objectives, establish budgets, identify thirdparty partners, leverage existing content, develop nomination criteria, and recommend KPIs for measurement.
  • Develop and shape a learning culture in the organization through driving innovative learning for global leaders.
  • Measure and assess the impact of strategic leadership development initiatives, continuously refining and adapting programs to meet evolving needs of the organization.
  • Role model and demonstrate unwavering commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team.
  • Indirect supervision of pool of Talent Professionals responsible for creating and supporting key elements of strategic leadership development creation and delivery.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 810 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, facilitation skills and experience driving strategyfocused talent/learning initiatives. Excellent at building relationships that gain buyin and commitment to the value of leadership development initiatives.
  • Skilled in completion of learning needs assessment & in the translation of forecasted business capability needs to a learning plan. Ability to execute on the learning plan, deliver learning interventions & enhance end to end learning impact to maximize ROI.
  • Program Management experience; demonstrated ability to design and deliver strategic leadership programs for a wide audience, from executives to frontline colleagues.
  • Demonstrated success in metricsdriven environment; experience with data analytics preferred.
  • Ability to establish credibility and build collaborative partnerships with all levels of management and individuals across a broad range of business groups.
  • Demonstrated success as change agent and advocate for change.
  • Direct experience in curriculum design is preferred.
