To ensure and deliver efficient, above expectation installation experiences the ULS CMD/MOL/BEA customer installation coordinators are owning the entire instruments installations processes from the pre-installation tasks to the installations planning and scheduling once proof of delivery is received by the selling organization


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the entire installation process including:
  • Pre installation courtesy call handling and establishing lab readiness
  • Pre installation checks (including Order Transition Form, Installation pre visits as needed)
  • FSE installation planning / prioritization together with the responsible Service Manager
  • Establish close servicesalescustomer Service relationship, including updates of installation status reports
  • Create equipment master record in service tool
  • Create installation jobs
  • Allocate installations to correct field service engineer (FSE)
  • Keep the customer updated on progress
  • Processing the Field Service Reports once the installation has been completed
  • Escalate in case of nontechnical issues at installation time

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Project Management skills
  • Good coordination and planning skills are fundamental prerequisites
  • Commitment to providing an excellent level of customer service.
  • A thorough approach and attention to detail.
  • An excellent level of customer facing skills, specifically good telephone skills
  • Good keyboard skills and intermediate level PC skills
  • Word Excel/Outlook
  • Team player
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • SAP and C4S experience helpful but not essential as training will be provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service sales experience is advantageous
  • Experience in field service organization/coordination roles
  • Excellent command of spoken/written English
  • Ability to deliver impactful customer presentations
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
