- Gestion des notes de frais (contrôle-validation-paiement)
- Création des comptes fournisseurs dans sage
- Préparation des bordereaux de paiement fournisseur
- Lettrage des comptes fournisseurs
- Suivi des relances fournisseurs
- Rapprochement des facturations de sous-traitant en relation avec l'équipe ADV
- Participation aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles : FNP – CCA
- Importation des factures client de Navision dans Sage
- Création des comptes clients dans Sage et Navision
- Saisie des encaissements client
- Lettrage des comptes
- Communication de la balance âgée
- Suivi des en-cours en relation avec l'équipe ADV et les associés
- Gestion des litiges clients
- Rapprochement des écritures Sage / Navision (facturation et règlements)
- Participation aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles : FAE – PCA
- Formation comptable bac + 3
- Expérience minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en entreprise
- Polyvalent
- Rigueur et discrétion
- Grande qualité relationnelle
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques comptables et vous aimez le travail en équipe
- Autonomie et force de proposition
- Grande aisance avec Excel et l'outil informatique en général

MISSIONS :
Au sein de la direction comptable, le (la) comptable Auxiliaire est garant(e) de la bonne tenue de la comptabilité auxiliaire (Fournisseurs, Clients) des entreprises du groupe (6 entités juridiques basés en France et une filiale étrangère).
Vous aurez pour responsabilité d'assurer la :

Gestion de la Comptabilité auxiliaire clients :
Vous serez également amené à superviser au quotidien le travail d'une alternante comptable et d'un assistant comptable.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
