Deal Sourcing:
Proactively source investment opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry research, and relationship-building with intermediaries
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, industry assessment, and risk evaluation

Investment Analysis:
Develop detailed financial models to analyze the potential returns and risks associated with investment opportunities

Portfolio Management:
Monitor and manage existing investments, including performance tracking, value enhancement initiatives, and exit strategies

Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
