Product Evaluation - Tires Testing on Proving Grounds

Internship title:
Implement and modernize parts of the EHS&S Management System.

Description:

Help the continuous improvement of Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) Processes -including Safety Culture
- related to Tire Testing on Roads & Tracks, Tire Preparation and supporting activities at site by:

Managing Risk Assessment workshops with operational experts to identify hazards and define safety control measures.
Designing specific eLearning's with an external provider tool to optimize Environment and Safety trainings.
Setting up Regulatory Watch actions plan following audit with a dedicated online platform and evaluate budget needed to fill the gaps. Writing/updating EHS&S Procedures accordingly.
Conducting workstation Ergonomic assessments using a video recording system with an Artificial Intelligence tool to evaluate improvement solutions and their budget.
Organizing and reporting Safety inspections and periodical Safety Walks to reduce operational risks.
Setting up a local Safety Culture survey based on internal corporate survey and strategy.

Responsibilities:

Raise concern when identifying new risks or reviewing existing risks with the team.
Evaluate improvement solutions and budget needed to implement.
Submit proposals of Opportunities For Improvement related to Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability.

To join our team you will need:

Master in Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability or similar (end of study project).
Fluent in French and English. German is considered as an asset.
General IT skills
