The Opportunity**For Worldline Innovation & Experience Centre (IEC), we are looking for an administrative assistant whose mission is to provide operational support to ensure the daily efficiency of the IEC. The is also a potential admin support on different IEC projects as project assistant.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The Worldline IEC is part of "Innovation & Digital Experience Acceleration (IDEA)" Team. The mission of the team is to foster co-innovation among people, businesses and technology, challenge to disrupt and transform.

As an Administrative Assistant within the Worldline IEC, you will play a pivotal role in three key areas:

  • IEC agenda management & supporting IEC regular activities
  • Efficiently manage the IEC agenda, including booking and planning coordination.
  • Liaise with the IEC stakeholders to gather the necessary information to prepare the IEC activities.
  • Oversee thirdparty providers for IEC services (catering, building services, etc.).
  • Support team in the event preparation and regular scheduled reports.
  • IDEA team daily support
  • Handle the IDEA team purchase orders and billing processes.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Special activities assistant
  • Support IDEA team on the team projects as event & logistic assistant
  • Lead the IEC dropin visit (internal/external)

  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Keen attention to details and effective problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Based in Paris area (the IEC in in Worldline HQ in La Défense)

Basic Qualifications

  • Reporting Skills

  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and French
