    ALTERNANCE – Assistant administratif à Paris la Santé (F/H)

    GEPSA est une entreprise française spécialisée dans la gestion des services pénitentiaires et la gestion des services aux entreprises. GEPSA est l'acronyme de "Gestion des Entreprises et des Services Pénitentiaires". Fondée en 1991, l'entreprise opère principalement dans le secteur de la justice, en assurant la gestion déléguée de services tels que la restauration, l'entretien et maintenance, l'efficacité énergétique, la blanchisserie, la formation professionnelle et d'autres services associés dans les établissements pénitentiaires en France.

    GEPSA est une filiale du Groupe ENGIE, l'un des principaux acteurs mondiaux dans les domaines de l'énergie et des services. Elle s'inscrit dans une démarche de responsabilité sociale et environnementale, en accordant une attention particulière à la gestion durable des ressources, à la promotion de l'emploi et à la formation professionnelle au sein de ses activités.

    Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

    • Etes en charge du secrétariat du Responsable de maintenance : gestion du courrier, réception et filtrage des communications téléphoniques, gestion des rendez-vous, frappe et présentation de documents
    • Organisez les réunions et rédigez les comptes rendus
    • Jouez le rôle d'interface entre le siège et le site
    • Etes en renfort auprès de la/le Référent(e) RH sur le site (transmission des éléments variables de paie, suivi du parcours d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, gestion des formalités administratives pour les nouveaux collaborateurs)
    • Assurez la mise en œuvre du plan de formation pour les salariés du site
    • Effectuez les commandes fournisseurs
    • Suivez les demandes d'accès
    • Assurez une polyvalence avec l'accueil téléphonique parloir
    • Etes en renfort administratif pour les autres services GEPSA du site

    • Vous préparez un Bac + 2 en assistant de gestion/assistant manager ou équivalent
    • Vous pratiquez des outils bureautiques tels que Word et Excel
    • Vous savez vous adapter, vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement agile et en constante évolution
    • Vous êtes curieux/se, très dynamique, sérieux/se et très professionnel/le
