Sales Graduate, Snacks & Confectionery Business Unit. The target location of the role is
France; however, the first rotation will be based in
Spain (Alzira).

During the 18 months in the Graduate Program you will get an opportunity to work on various projects and key initiatives.
In the first rotation you will spend time at the manufacturing site to understand how packaging is being produced; you will get an introduction into Customer Service, Supply Chain and Production areas.
During the second rotation you will concentrate on tasks and activities related to sales. In the third rotation you will be given an independent project related to sales.As a Graduate in Sales, you will be able to work and support sales teams in various projects:
- Sales processes
- tracking and follow up (analysis, reports, presentations, working on CRM).
- Devise customer specific values propositions.
- Work closely with Marketing Intelligence team to shape future vertical strategy.
- Growth projects new business opportunities (growth projects will be the main topic during the graduate program).
- Support lead generation
What do you need?
It's a good start to have the following:
- Master's/Honours degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, International Business etc.
- Internship or work experience up to two years
Fluency in English & French or Italian (German is an asset)
- Proactive and resultoriented
- Collaboration skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Open to travel and relocate within Europe
