We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

Job description:
Reporting to the Human Resources VP, you will be responsible for the definition and the implementation of the C&B strategy, resources and tools.
You will partner with HR directors from all countries and sites, and develop C&B culture at every management level within the company.
Main missions, Objectives and KPIs related:
- Taking into account the market situation, the company's perspectives and the HR strategy, define the company salary scheme : fix and variable pay, LTI, benefits
- Contribute to the selection of the proper IT tools to manage C&B Operations
- Propose the salary budgets and lead the pay raises campaigns
- Negotiate deals with insurances and/or funds and/or brokers on mutual insurance, provident insurance, retirement funds, "intéressement/participation",
- Chair or participate in the governance administrating as per request
- Alongside with ACC Social relations director + HR country directors, prepare, negotiate and/or support C&B agreements with the employee representatives
- Permanently benchmark ACC vs its competitors and markets
- Set up every relevant KPI and deliver legal reports
Profile:
We are looking for a person with:
- Master Degree in HR, Economics or Law
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Mastery of Excel
- HR IT tools culture is required
- Experience in companies operating within the metallurgy collective bargaining agreemen
- Experience in international and multicultural companies
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Fluency in other languages such as German and Italian are an asset
- Additionally, you should be a rigorous and teamplayer person
