The Global Finance function at Danone Paris Headquarter is looking for a Consolidation & Reporting Analyst to join our Consolidation & Reporting team.

This position will report to a senior Consolidation Manager, have a global overview and based at our 17 Boulevard Haussmann office.

Mission:

Supporting the Countries / geographical zones and CBS (Cluster Business Services) in their preparation of the Magnitude consolidation & reporting packages (Understand the CBU's challenges and activity, participate to the balance sheet reviews and performance reviews...)
Analysis of the accounting treatment of specific transactions (example: acquisitions or disposals) and their implementation in the Magnitude package
Being part of the quality and efficiency of the process of closing preparation and reporting in the context of the legal consolidation of June & December:
Control of the reporting packages prepared by the CBU and CBSs, especially in June & December
Production of transversal analysis on balance sheet or P&L lines, particularly with regards to the elaboration of the notes to the financial statements and the preparation of the registration document
Be responsible for the respect of the group accounting principles
Be part of transversal projects related to the improvement of the process of production of the financial information within the Consolidation & Reporting department (Magnitude improvement, analysis of new IFRS standards, preparation of training documentation)
Work in collaboration with the Finance Corporate teams, the geographical zones and countries
Participate to the review and redefinition of the closing processes in the context of implementation of the Local First and IBS projects: review the accountabilities at country level, animate the community of Financial controllers (Head of Record to Report), define the RACI between corporate finance and local finance.

About you

Minimum 3 years in an external audit firm and audit experience of consolidated accounts of a CAC40 company
Capacity to work on complex concepts, great analytical skills and autonomy
Good communication skills: to be able to explain simply complex concepts or analysis, understand issues of stakeholders from various functions and localizations
Team spirit and ability to work in process mode with clear responsibilities and accountabilities
Energy, capacity to challenge, dynamism, pragmatism, businesspartner mindset
Fluent in English
