Following the new international organization of SYSTRA, a transverse department Global Business Lines and Production has been created with the main goal to support the international business growth.

In its role, Business Lines and Production (BLP) is to:

Propose Multi site production split between the different engineering centers of the group
Prepare main multisite Bids/Tenders
Follow up main multisite production projects
Propose coordination tools and ease the collaboration within the group
Coordinate the infrastructure technical networks throughout the group.

To support those activities, BLP is looking for a technical coordinator junior

The perimeter covered all Systra Business Units (BU)

The technical coordinator junior of BL&P will work in close collaboration with a senior technical coordinator within the team and s(he) is in charge of:

Contribute to the coordination of technical bids with the different Engineering centers and interfacing with the SYSTRA internal clients (Bus from Home Countries / International East and West).
Assist in the production split between the different Engineering Centers
Organize and lead technical progress meetings
Assist on the management of transverse activities and prepare new tools accordingly (contractual (framework agreement), competency mapping (eplatform) etc )
Assist in the setup of the project multisite organization after award and follow up on the project operations.

Background :
Civil Engineer, Master degree in Civil Engineering

Location:
Europe (same time zone as France)
- but no specific location required. Works can be managed remotely.
